Booking and deposit

A non-refundable session deposit reserves your date. Deposits are credited against the total session fee.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 14 days before the session, the deposit transfers to a future date within twelve months. Inside 14 days, the deposit is forfeited.

Usage rights

Final retouched images are delivered with a print release for personal and editorial use. Commercial use (paid advertising, packaging, licensed-product use) requires a separate license agreement and fee.

Rex retains the copyright to all images. Rex retains the right to use unrestricted images for portfolio, social, and editorial promotion of the photography practice.

Model release

A model release is signed at the session. Boudoir clients may opt out of any portfolio or social use; nothing publishes from a boudoir session without explicit written consent.

Liability

Adventure sessions take place on public land, private permitted land, or client-arranged locations. Participants accept the inherent risks of the location. We carry general liability insurance; specifics on request.
